I understand that your time is valuable and offer an integrated approach (incorporating aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution oriented therapy, behavior theory, client centered therapy, and mindfulness techniques) toward treatment. Part of my job is to ask the right questions and help you feel seen, understood, and empowered to create change and live well.
Although I work with a range of emotional concerns and growth-driven life goals, I have a special interest in working with accomplished professionals often in high stress positions who have an open, reflective mindset, a desire to be challenged, and an interest in personal growth.
All too often the needs of accomplished and working professionals are overlooked. I am intimately familiar with the unique needs of high stress positions and the specific challenges that are associated with the provision of medical/clinical care and business development/ownership.
